Important notice: change in telephone consultations
From 15 February 2025, the government has decided that telephone consultations with GPs will no longer be reimbursed. To introduce this change responsibly, telephone consultations with doctors will be limited to two moments per week from 24 February 2025.
In addition, we kindly ask you to always schedule an appointment to discuss medical results (such as blood tests, imaging, etc.) unless the doctor has explicitly stated that telephone contact is possible. It is also important to know that prescriptions for medication, physiotherapy or other treatments are never given over the phone.
You can find an overview of the doctors and their telephone accessibility here.
We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Missed appointments
Dear patients,
Unfortunately, it happens regularly that appointments are missed. This wastes a lot of time and prevents another patient from being helped. If for some reason you cannot come, please cancel in time (if possible). This can be done by phone or through the online appointment system, if you are registered there. You can cancel the appointment up to one hour before it starts.
Unexpected situations can always occur and we fully understand this, but please always let us know (even after the appointment time).
From now on, this will be dealt with more strictly. Please note that we will charge a fee of €10.00 if you do not show up for the appointment made.
Thank you for your understanding.
