Missed appointments

Dear patients,

Unfortunately, we regularly encounter situations where patients do not attend a scheduled appointment without informing us in advance. This results in valuable time being lost and prevents another patient from being seen at that time.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask you to cancel it in good time, whenever possible. You can do this by telephone or, if you are registered in our system, via the cancellation link in the original appointment confirmation email. Appointments can be cancelled up to one hour before the scheduled time using this link.

Of course, we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. In such cases, we nevertheless ask you to inform us as soon as possible, even if it is no longer possible to cancel the appointment in time.

In order to reduce the number of missed appointments, we will be taking a stricter approach from now on. If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without informing us in advance, a fee of €10.00 will be charged.
