Calling for results?

To minimise the number of telephones during the consultation, we ask you to call the doctor for short questions between 1.30 pm and 2 pm.

We kindly ask you to always schedule an appointment to discuss medical results (such as blood tests, imaging, etc.) unless the doctor has explicitly stated that telephone contact is possible. Moreover, it is important to know that prescriptions for medication, physiotherapy or other treatments are never given over the phone.

If you may call for a result, it is best done with the doctor who requested the test or who referred you. After all, the latter knows why he requested which test and can thus interpret your result optimally.
