APPOINTMENTS

Preferably you make an appointment online. But, this can also be done by phone. You can reach our secretary at 02/767 37 95. When making an appointment, please state the reason for your contact, both online and by phone. The secretary (just like the general practitioner) is obliged to handle your file confidentially.

  • If you are coming with more than one person, please take several appointments.

  • Always bring your ID-card/ISI+ card.

  • Try to discuss only one problem per consultation. Don’t pile up your problems, but come more regularly.

GUIDELINES

HOME VISITS

Come to the practice as much as possible when needed. Home visits are ment for severely ill or less mobile persons.

If it’s really not possible for you to come, please ask for a home visit on time: preferably before 10 o’clock. Home visits requested on time can be answered more quickly. Home visits requested after noon may not be possible on the same day.

Also note that each day a different doctor is responsible for the home visits, so it is possible that you will see a different doctor from your own GP. Please also note that we do not do home visits outside Tervuren, unless agreed otherwise with your doctor.

Always mention this in your request:

  • Surname and firstname of the patient

  • Full address

  • Brief reason as to why you need a doctor

  • Telephone number
